Lake Rillé on the Indre-et-Loire border, besides being a watersports centre, is now also an exceptional bird sanctuary.
The Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux de Touraine (L.P.O., the Bird Protection League) organises weekly bird spottings on the lake in July and August.
