FAQ - How to book on Huttopia nature campsites
- I do not wish to make a reservation directly online. What should I do ?

- How can I make a reservation by mail ?
Write to us at Huttopia – Rue du Chapoly – 69290 Saint-Genis-les-Ollières - France Stating the campsite you wish to visit, whether you would like rented accommodation or a pitch, and the dates of your stay. To save time, you can also print out our booking contract and return it to us signed, enclosing the deposit and booking fee.
- How can I make a reservation by email ?
Send us an e-mail at info@huttopia.com giving your contact details (and phone no) stating the campsite you wish to visit, whether you would like rented accommodation or a pitch, and the dates of your stay.
- If I am unable to pay by credit/debit card, how can I pay the deposit when I make the reservation ?
If you do not wish to pay by credit/debit card, you cannot make a reservation online. You should get in touch with our reservations department by e-mail (info@huttopia.com) or telephone at (33) 4 37 64 22 35.
You can pay the deposit by sending us a cheque made out to the relevant campsite, or by sending holiday vouchers to : Huttopia – Rue du Chapoly – 69290 Saint-Genis-les-Ollières France On receipt of your payment, your booking will be confirmed.
- How can I be sure that my online reservation has been processed ?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail sent to the address you gave us when you made the online booking. If you do not receive this e-mail, we advise you to get in touch with our reservations department at (33) 4 37 64 22 35 or contact the relevant campsite directly.
- How secure are online payments ?
All information used in connection with your reservation is protected using SSL technology, the most widely accepted standard for secure transactions. Authorisation is requested for every transaction by bank card so that a deposit or full balance of your holiday may be debited from your account after your scheduled arrival date. In addition, this method of booking speeds up the processing of your order and guarantees the validity of your request.
- I can’t complete my reservation online. What should I do ?
Contact us by phone at (33) 4 37 64 22 35 or e-mail at info@huttopia.com. We will try to remedy the problem as quickly as possible.
- Where can I find the terms and conditions of sale ?

- What is your cancellation policy ?
In the event of cancellation on the part of Huttopia, all monies paid will be reimbursed except in cases of force majeure. In the event of cancellation on the part of the customer, this must be notified in writing to Huttopia (by fax, recorded delivery, e-mail with acknowledgement of receipt). Otherwise, the customer will be liable to pay the full amount of all monies due under the terms of contract. For more information, please see our terms and conditions of sale.
- Can I use holiday vouchers ?
Yes, holiday vouchers are accepted at our sites, at any time.
- What documents do I need to provide on arrival ?
All you need is your confirmation voucher which will be sent to you prior to arrival, along with a vaccination certificate if you have a pet.
- Is it possible to pre-book activities ?
Yes, you can book certain activities in advance by getting in touch with the campsite directly.
- When do I need to pay the tourist tax ?
The tourist tax must be paid directly to the campsite at the end of your stay.
